The app is clunky and user unfriendly. If you don't have a valid search, the search result bar can't be minimized. When adjusting guests, date, and time, it's super easy to accidentally close that menu when trying to scroll for a time (and it doesn't save your adjustments, forcing you to input everything again).

Whether I request notifications of reservations becoming available on the web or in app, the notifications never persist to my account. Attempting to contact support through the app launches my email client with an empty "to" address. Trying to add a payment method for reservations says my card was declined, but there is never any authorization against my card. All around frustrating experience from what I initially thought was going to be a good reservation system.

Glad an android version is finally here but it's poorly executed. Hard (impossible) to see a list of all restaurants in a city, only shows the top 5 in preselected "collections". I want to browse through a complete list without resorting to the website, for example to find a restaurant for which I don't know the exact name or location. Also functions only in dark mode, which I hate, esp the map
