Wow, how disappointed I am. I downloaded the app, try to sign in and it keeps telling me "unable to connect to GoFundMe. Try again later" I tried several times. I even downloaded Facebook, still didn't work. I can't even make a freaking account, just great. What if someone didn't wanna download Facebook and set up a account on there? Can you add a feature so you can actually sign in, without facebook. I've tried to press "skip" but the same thing about it can't connect, fix this, just do it.

Poorly designed app. Can't delete notifications or get back to the campaigns they're coming from. Hard to figure out how to do nearly everything. Easy to accidentally delete a post you're writing. Trouble writing a post, I use a different app because of it. I can't get it to import photos or videos, they have to be recorded through the app. All around hard to use. Update: It was email notifications, that I didn't ask for and didn't want. Hopefully it's fixed now.

They take out a lot more in fees than they tell you and have no way to contact them! The only positive is that it got the word out for my fundraiser, but that's it. They deposited some of the money into my account, they say they only take 5%, but they took 25% or more! Then I tried to call customer service. You cant call. I tried to email them. The "get help" button through the app is disabled so it does nothing. I tried to do it through the website. It tells you theres an error and wont do it!
