I absolutely adore my counsellor. Asking for credits the first time was seamless, but the second time? No news despite asking for more credits 3 times. Even my email (a desperate last resort) was ignored. At this rate, I no longer have a reason to keep this app on my phone if I'm no longer able to have a chat with my counsellor. Well, it was good while it lasted.

Fantastic app. The courses, the diary feature, it all promotes mindfulness and introspection in a way no other apps do. Every course and question feels personalised and hits right on the nail. Genuinely love it. 2025 edit: unfortunately, nearly everything that makes the app so great is behind a paywall (and a pretty high one, at that) :( it's a shame because I truly love this app and it's frustrating knowing that in 2020 I could access almost everything it had to offer, but I can't anymore.

Solid app, honestly. We've been using it for a while now and it works well at what it wants to do. It has gotten me to journal in several different ways, and has helped me talk to myself to work through some of the stuff going on. It's no replacement for a proper therapist, but it can definitely help people get onto a good track if they allow it to. The ads experience is a little annoying, as you pretty much get one free "Journey" and then the rest are behind a paywall. Still, a solid app.
